The Lego Builder Bar accommodates up to 18 builders of all ages — fully stocked with bricks, building plates, and themed signage that makes the whole setup feel like an event within the event. Perfect for corporate parties, community events, and birthday parties where you want guests doing something together, not just standing around.
Drop-off, setup, and pickup are all handled by our team. You just show up and build.

How It Works:

We drop off and set up. Our team arrives before your event to get everything arranged — builder tables, supply table, signage, the whole thing.

Guests build. Up to 18 builders at a time. Three per table, or fewer if you have a smaller group — more room means more creative freedom.

Wrap it up. At the end of your booking, guests disassemble their builds and return the Lego to the containers. Then our team comes to you for pickup. That's it.

The Lego Builder Bar is best suited for larger venues: office boardrooms, community centre rooms, condo party rooms, or any space with enough room to spread out. Home setups are welcome too — as long as there's enough floor space to clear and lay it out comfortably.

For outdoor events, the station must be set up on a hard, flat surface (concrete, pavement, patio, or deck). We don't set up on grass — when Lego falls on a lawn (and it will), it comes back full of dirt and debris, which is a mess for everyone.
HOW TO BOOK

1. Fill out the Inquiry/Booking Form with all of your event details, date, time, questions and requests (it's really quick) or REQUEST A QUOTE
2. We'll reach out within 24 hours to answer all questions and confirm availability
3. You'll receive a contract/invoice to review and pay an online deposit to secure your date
4. We're locked and loaded
Communication is ongoing up until the day of your event, so please feel free to reach out if you just want to touch base before the big day. A few days before your event, you'll get the names of your entertainers!
FAQs
Q: What ages is this best for?
A: The station is designed for ages 5 and up — but adults tend to get just as into it. Whether it's a 6-year-old's birthday or a team-building event for grown-ups, the only rule is that everyone shares the bricks.
Q: Can adults participate?
A: Absolutely. The Lego Builder Bar is genuinely fun for all ages. Some of our most competitive builders have been well into their adulthood.
Q: Can we set up the day before our event?
A: Early drop-off may be available depending on our schedule — reach out and we'll see what we can work out. Since our equipment stays on-site overnight, an early delivery fee applies and the client is responsible for the security of all materials from drop-off until pickup.
Q: What if our event runs longer than 4 hours?
A: The base booking covers up to 4 hours. If you need the station for longer, extended rental time is available — just flag it at booking so we can schedule pickup accordingly.
Q: Can we book it for two days in a row?
A: Yes! If you're running a back-to-back weekend event, we can leave the equipment on-site overnight instead of doing a second drop-off. Weekend pricing is available — reach out for a quote so we can figure out what works for your setup.
Q: Do we get a discount if we have fewer than 18 builders?
A: The price stays the same regardless of headcount — we outfit the full station either way. The upside: fewer builders at the table means more bricks per person and more space to spread out.
Q: Is this available for outdoor events?
Yes, with one condition: the station needs to be on a hard, level surface — concrete, pavement, a patio, or a deck. We can't set up on grass or uneven ground. Lego on a lawn is a recipe for dirty, unusable pieces and a very long cleanup.
