Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellation Policy
We maintain a strict no-cancellation policy. Once your booking is confirmed, full payment is required regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. This policy exists because we reserve your time slot exclusively and decline other business opportunities to accommodate your event.
2. Weather Policy
We do not provide rain plans or alternative dates due to weather. If you wish to secure a rain date, you must book and pay for both dates separately.
3. Time Modifications
While we can accommodate time changes when possible, we cannot guarantee them due to other scheduled events. Any time modification requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Communication
While we maintain open communication leading up to your event, please first consult your invoice and our website FAQs for general inquiries, as most common questions are addressed there.
5. Early Arrival & Setup
Standard bookings include 15 minutes of setup time before the service start time Early arrival requests are charged at $55/hour Please plan accordingly for guest arrival times
6. Payment Terms
Payment type must be selected during booking Changes to payment method require minimum one week notice Events exceeding $500 require a deposit Deposit amounts will be clearly noted on your invoice
7. Additional Provisions

All prices are subject to change unless already invoiced We reserve the right to modify services based on safety and logistical considerations Any additional services requested during the event may incur extra charges
8. Force Majeure
All The Craze Entertainment shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to:

Natural disasters or severe weather conditions

Government actions or regulations Public health emergencies

Civil unrest or strikes Acts of terrorism or war

Technical failures beyond our control

In the event of a force majeure, we will notify affected clients as soon as possible and work to reschedule services when conditions permit. While we cannot guarantee specific alternative dates, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling within a 6-month period.
