Every participant leaves with a one-of-a-kind ornament they made themselves. It's equal parts activity and take-home gift, and it works as both a standalone station or alongside other entertainment package.

Add-on: Charm Bar — $1 per participant. Kids and adults pick a charm that gets assembled onto their finished ornament when they pick it up.
Capacity:
Up to 5 participants at the station at one time. We can accommodate approximately 30-35 participants per hour (per staff). The station works drop-in style — no lining up required.

HOW TO BOOK

1. Fill out the Inquiry/Booking Form with all of your event details, date, time, questions and requests (it's really quick) or REQUEST A QUOTE
2. We'll reach out within 24 hours to answer all questions and confirm availability
3. You'll receive a contract/invoice to review and pay an online deposit to secure your date
4. We're locked and loaded
Communication is ongoing up until the day of your event, so please feel free to reach out if you just want to touch base before the big day. A few days before your event, you'll get the names of your entertainers!
FAQs
Q: What age is this activity for?
A: All ages. Kids love the shaking part; adults love the finished result. It's genuinely one of our most cross-generational activities.
Q: How long does the whole thing take per person?
A: The active part at the station — choosing colours, filling, and shaking — takes about 3 to 5 minutes. After that, participants leave their ornament with us for 30 minutes to drain and dry, then pick it up before they leave.
Q: Do participants have to stay and wait while it dries?
A: Nope, that's the beauty of it. After they shake, they leave their name with us, and we label everything. They're free to grab food, visit another station, or keep mingling. We'll have it ready and packaged for pickup.
Q: What if the event ends before the 15 minutes is up?
A: We'd recommend building the craft station into the first half of your event so there's plenty of pickup time before guests leave. We'll flag any timing concerns when you book.
Q: Can participants choose any colours?
A: We bring a curated selection of acrylic paints. Each person can choose up to three colors. Part of the fun is seeing how your combination turns out, no two ornaments look the same.
Q: What does the charm bar include?
A: A selection of charms for participants to choose from. The charm is added to the ornament at pickup, fully assembled with a ribbon. Charm bar is available as a $1 per person add-on at the time of booking.
Q: How many people can you serve at one event?
A: Our facilitator can work with up to 5 participants at the station at a time, at a pace of approximately 30-35 per hour. For larger events, we can discuss staffing options.
Q: Is this messy?
A: Minimal mess. We do all the filling and handle the paint — participants just shake. We wipe down between each person and keep the station tidy throughout.
Q: What's included in the take-home packaging?
A: Each finished ornament is placed in a keepsake branded box. Ribbons are cut and assembled by our facilitator. Everything is labeled so there's no mix-up at pickup.
Q: Can we pre-order a specific quantity?
A: Yes, most clients either pre-order a set number based on expected attendance, then give participants tickets to bring to the station for us to collect. We always bring a small number of extras. Let us know your expected headcount when you book and we'll handle the rest.
