Q: How long do balloon creations last?

A: Balloon longevity depends on several factors.

Indoors and with gentle handling, creations may last 2–3 days or longer.

Outdoor conditions may shorten balloon lifespan due to:

• Heat

• Direct sunlight

• Sharp grass

• Rocks

• Branches

• Rough play

Q: Do balloons pop easily?

A: Not usually. Our balloon creations are carefully inflated to reduce popping risk.

That said, popping can happen if balloons are:

• Bitten

• Pulled aggressively

• Dragged across rough surfaces

• Exposed to sharp outdoor debris

Sword balloons tend to experience the most wear during active play.

(They’re just too tempting not to duel with.)

Q: Are balloon animals safe for toddlers?

A: Yes, only with supervision. Because small children sometimes place balloons in their mouths, our entertainers will hand creations directly to a parent or caregiver whenever appropriate.

Q: Can balloon twisting be done outdoors?

A: Yes, for outdoor events, we strongly recommend a shaded setup area such as:

• Under a tent

• Covered patio spaces

• Under a tree

• Semi-covered outdoor spaces

Direct sunlight and heat can affect balloon performance.

If tent coverage is needed, the client is responsible for providing it.

Q: What setup is required?

A: Balloon twisting requires minimal setup. 1 table can hold up to 2 balloon artists

Q: What’s the best balloon setup for large events?

A: For larger events, we recommend a clearly organized line flow and additional balloon artists for higher guest count. These adjustments help reduce wait times and maximize guest participation.

 

Q: Can kids have more than one balloon?

A: For sure! Our job is to make balloons until time has run out! If there is a long lineup, children will have to join the back of the line if they want another balloon

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: Yes. 

Bookings $250 and under: $50 + HST non-refundable deposit

Bookings over $250: 30% non-refundable deposit

Your event date is officially secured once your deposit is received.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept:

• Cash

• E-transfer

• EFT

• Online credit card payment (up to $300, any balance over the first $300 has a 2.8% processing fee)

• Corporate cheque

Q: When do I pay the remaining balance?

A: Final payment is due on or before the event date. Most private event clients provide payment on event day.

Many clients prefer placing payment in a sealed envelope for discreet handoff. Online payment may also be completed after service if arranged in advance.
